With a team of 60 staff, Toulouse Team brings together complementary expertise to serve businesses, investors, talent, visitors and residents. It designs and implements communication and promotion strategies to benefit the local economy, boost tourism and enhance the region’s cultural vibrancy, whilst placing residents’ quality of life at the heart of its priorities.

The agency is supported by an Advisory Board comprising the metropolitan area’s leading figures from the economic, tourism, institutional and academic sectors, ensuring the coherence of its strategic direction and the representation of key sectors: aerospace, healthcare, mobility, digital technology (AI and cybersecurity), greentech, agritech, food, and the cultural and creative industries.

A single brand for Toulouse

With the ToulouseT regional brand, the agency is establishing a strong, consistent identity across all its target audiences, fostering links between leisure and business tourism, the local economy and film and TV production. Every initiative becomes an opportunity for collaboration between different sectors, as illustrated by the ‘Come as a pro, come back as a friend’ campaign, which combines hosting professional events, economic promotion and boosting tourism.

This cross-sectoral approach ensures strategic consistency and collective strength, making Toulouse an unmissable destination where every encounter and every experience can become a new opportunity for the region.

Towards sustainable and shared appeal

At a time when the expectations of citizens, visitors, businesses, and public and private partners are undergoing profound change, a city’s appeal must now actively contribute to the ecological transition, social cohesion and local development.
Toulouse Team has been fully committed to this approach to social responsibility for several years, and this commitment has been recognised through the award of the gold medal from the Destination pour tous scheme (2022), ISO 20121 (2025), the Destination d’Excellence label (2025), and, finally, the implementation of a master plan for sustainable attractiveness (2026).

A change in legal status to promote responsible attractiveness

To promote an appeal that is more responsible, more equitable and more deeply rooted in the local community, Toulouse Team is transitioning to the status of a mission-driven company. This change forms the foundation of the Sustainable Attractiveness Master Plan and confirms Toulouse Team’s commitment to translating its social, environmental and regional commitments into concrete action within its operations, governance and working methods.

This change in legal status is the culmination of a commitment spanning several years to preserving and improving residents’ quality of life. It affirms that the region’s appeal is built sustainably to serve the well-being of local communities and more responsible development.

Toulouse Team: Team Spirit

The agency’s governance structure has been designed to ensure ongoing dialogue with local professionals and institutions. It is organised around two advisory boards and numerous opportunities for discussion with partners.
The Board of Directors comprises representatives from the Toulouse Metropolitan Area and the City of Toulouse. The President of the Toulouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a permanent guest on the board.
The Professional Advisory Board brings together stakeholders from professional sectors linked to the region’s attractiveness.
Together, we discuss the strategies to be implemented and our objectives, and we engage in a comprehensive review of our constantly evolving sectors.
